If NetFixVPN does not connect, do not reinstall everything immediately. The issue is often an outdated configuration, unavailable server, DNS setting or a restriction in the current network.
1. Check server status
The NetFixVPN homepage shows only currently available servers. If a route is not listed, choose another server.
For temporary issues, switch to a nearby location and try connecting again.
2. Refresh the configuration
If the profile is old, get a new configuration from the official Telegram bot.
Remove the old profile from your VPN client, import the new one and reconnect.
3. Check DNS and client mode
If VPN says connected but websites do not open, DNS or TUN/proxy mode may be the reason.
Enable system VPN mode in the client and make sure the browser does not use a separate proxy.
4. Check network and app restrictions
Public Wi-Fi networks may block VPN traffic. Try mobile internet or another Wi-Fi network.
On Windows, check firewall; on Android, battery restrictions; on iOS, VPN profile permission.
If the issue remains, get a fresh configuration from the official NetFixVPN bot.
